WARNING!!!!!!!

1. Large hanging sculptural piece is still afixed to the sprinkler pipe. This after repeated requests and warnings about its illegality and hazard to this property. Piece must be removed by Friday or I will do so.

2. Your ignoring my warning about overloading the overhead
circuit burnt out the rheostat. The cost for replacement, and labor is $75.00. You also seriously endanger my family and property with this negligence. Further abuses will not be tolerated. Only 1200 Watts of power may be put on this line. You must remove three or four lamps immediately or I will do so. I see no reason why those casette recorders are left on at the cost to the Foundation.

3. On several occassions the thermostat to the heater was left on over-night. Do not repeat this please, it is a wasteful and expensive habit.

4. The rolling gate was left open last Thursday night. Always lock the gate.

5. I spent too much time and labor creating a beautiful space. You have an opportunity that is full of potential. I expect your behavior as far as maintenance and security to be completely responsible. This is not an East Village storefront.

6. Please lower the volume of your video installations. The sound filters upstairs and is disturbing the 2nd floor office. You are not alone in this building. Cooperation is essential to a harmonious existence.
